TREATMENT OF PERSONAL DATA*

We inform you that the data you provide to the operator of this site when you fill in the ‘contact form’ available on the site itself, will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, Personal Data Protection Code.
The contact form available on the site has the sole purpose of enabling visitors to the site to contact the site operator, should they so wish, by sending an e-mail to the operator via the aforementioned form.
This notice concerns personal data sent by the visitor when filling in the contact form.
We inform you of the fact that the data you voluntarily provide via the form will be converted into an email that may be stored within the email reception system used by the site owner.
This data will not be recorded on other media or devices, nor will other data resulting from your navigation on the site be recorded.
1. PURPOSE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
The purposes of processing your data are as follows:
1) CONTACT FORM: The data you send will be used for the sole purpose of being able to eventually contact you via the references you leave through the contact form in order to process any requests you may have made in the message you sent via the contact form made available on the site.
2. NATURE OF THE DATA PROCESSED AND METHODS OF PROCESSING
a. The personal data processed will only be the common data strictly necessary and relevant for the purposes set out in point 1 above.
b. The processing of the personal data provided is carried out by means of the operations or set of operations indicated in Art. 4 para. 1 lett. a) Legislative Decree. 196/2003.
c. The processing is carried out directly by the owner’s organisation.
3. NATURE OF CONFERMENT AND CONSEQUENCES OF REFUSAL
Remember that you are not obliged to provide the site operator with the personal data requested in the contact form.
Providing your data via the contact form is optional.
However, refusal to provide the data for the purposes set out in Art. 1 will make it impossible to contact the website operator via the contact form made available on the site.
4. DATA CONTROLLER
Personal data collected through the contact form will be sent by email to the manager of this website (Massimo Caiazzo) , who will be the data controller.
5. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
Remember that you may at any time exercise the rights attributed to you by Art. 7 of Leg. 196/2003 below, by writing to the operator of this website via the contact form.

Right of access to personal data and other rights
1. The data subject shall have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him/her exist, even if not yet recorded, and communication of such data in intelligible form.
2. The person concerned has the right to be informed:
(a) the origin of the personal data;
(b) the purposes and methods of processing;
(c) the logic applied in the event of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments; (d) the identification details of the holder, the persons responsible and the representative designated pursuant to Article 5(2);
e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them in their capacity as designated representative in the territory of the State, as managers or appointees.
3. The data subject has the right to obtain:
(a) the updating, rectification or, where interested therein, the integration of the data;
b) the deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in breach of the law, including data whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
(c) certification that the transactions referred to in points a) and (b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except where this proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right protected.
4. The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part:
(a) for legitimate reasons for the processing of personal data concerning him/her, other than that relevant to the purpose of collection;
6. DURATION OF TREATMENT
Processing will last no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the data were collected.
